Exchange & Return Policy
We accept returns up to 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.
E-gift cards and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Any product(s) purchased where explicitly stated as ‘final sale’ are ineligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment once we have received and processed your return request.
For international returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated. Please contact us here for more details.
TB12 is not responsible for any duties that are levied on imported goods. If TB12 is assessed duties in association with your return(s), these duties will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
If you receive damaged or defective products or experience a quality issue, please contact us here with your order # and photos of the issue so we can help to resolve this for you.
Policy Exceptions
If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
We are not able to issue refunds for products purchased through our partners.
