Requesting an Exchange or Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To process an exchange or return, please contact us here with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order # and email address used to make the purchase
- Item and reason for return/exchange request
- Photos for damaged or defective products
Timeframe
Once we receive your exchange or return request, our Customer Service team will review and provide a status update within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Credit card processing times vary by issuer and may take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Policy Exceptions
If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
We are not able to issue refunds for products purchased through our partners.

I bought the time TB12 focus. There was no safety seal on the bottle bottle was half open and appeared to be tampered with. Would like an exchange, please.
