Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.
Customs, Duties, and VAT
Effective September 3, 2024, customers with international international shipping destinations will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred once the package enters the destination country. The shipping carrier will reach out to customers directly for payment before delivery. At this time, TB12 is unable to estimate the cost of duty or taxes during checkout.
Some items sold on TB12Sports.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state, or local regulations regarding the transport of such items, limiting shipping to certain locations. Shipping limitations will be included on the product webpage, if applicable.

What is a Customs Hold?
Customs Hold is when the package is held at customs due to duties that are owed. The carrier or agency will reach out via email or upon delivery to collect the additional fees.
Any communication regarding payment will be handled directly with the carrier, not with TB12. However, we do recommend double checking that the carrier contacting you for additional payment is in fact the carrier handling your package. If you are unsure, you can contact us here for further assistance.
If TB12 is assessed duties in association with your return(s), these duties will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
